Haha, yeah, we were only friends at the time, and still wish each other happy birthday on Facebook. I write the occasional song now but often don't get around to recording or memorising them so they disappear back from whence they came. Focus is on the writing for the time being. Any creativity is good though, right?? (And yeah, he has a sister, but she's also married with kids now - we all are lol)
