Oooh direct democracy that incentivizes engagement is a very interesting idea. I could imagine that might encourage the people who are more knowledgeable about a subject to have more of a say. Which would certainly be a good thing!
Indeed. I guess one main issue with this kind of system would be the manipulation of opinions via propaganda so I'm thinking about mechanisms to ensure ppl are informed from an objective stand point (if such a thing exists lol!)
